HEB: כִּי֩ לֹ֨א הִמְטִ֜יר יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהִים֙
NAS: God had not sent rain upon the earth,
KJV: had not caused it to rain upon the earth,
INT: for had not sent the LORD God
